2. Booking and Reservations

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- 7-13 days before tour: 30% cancellation fee
- 3-6 days before tour: 50% cancellation fee
- 0-2 days before tour or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Insufficient number of participants (minimum group size not met)
- Guide illness or emergency
- Force majeure events beyond our control
In such cases, we will offer you:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to an alternative date at no extra charge
We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (flights, accommodation, etc.).
4.3 Changes to Your Booking
Changes to tour dates, times, or participant numbers can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the tour. Changes requested within 7 days may be subject to availability and cancellation fees.
5. Tour Participation and Conduct
5.1 Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
- Follow the guide's instructions and safety guidelines
- Respect other participants, guides, and local communities
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the tour
- Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, violence, or threatening behavior toward guides or other participants
- Damaging cultural sites, monuments, or property
- Excessive alcohol consumption or drug use
- Commercial photography or filming without prior written consent
- Any activity that violates Japanese law or local regulations
We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in prohibited conduct without refund.
