Pricing

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) or US Dollars (USD) on individual tour pages. Prices include consumption tax unless otherwise stated. Additional costs (transportation, meals, entrance fees) will be clearly indicated when applicable.

Payment Timing

Full payment is required at the time of booking for most tours. Some private tours may require a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due 7 days before the tour date.

Service Delivery

Tours are provided on the date and time confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • 14+ days before tour: Full refund (no fee)
  • 7-13 days before tour: 30% cancellation fee
  • 3-6 days before tour: 50% cancellation fee
  • 0-2 days before tour or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Cancellation by Focus Japan Tours

In case of cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, or force majeure, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Special Terms

  • Tours may be conducted in English, Japanese, or Spanish depending on availability
  • Photography tours include professional photo editing and digital delivery within 14 days
  • Participants must follow guide instructions and safety guidelines
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior
