Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled start time are free of charge.
- Cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled start time will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on the day of the experience, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Date or time changes are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
- Changes requested within 3 days of the experience cannot be guaranteed.
- In case of severe weather or unavoidable local conditions, alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered.
